Ward Waltemath is a Managing Director in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Group at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco. As head of the firm’s Enterprise Technology investment banking business, Ward brings a wealth of experience from his roles in TMT investment banking and leveraged finance. Since joining Goldman Sachs in 2005, he has made significant strides in the industry, earning his partner title in 2018. Ward holds a BS in Biology from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Ethan Smith is the Co-founder and CEO of Spur, a leading cybersecurity company specializing in detecting network anomalies and deceptive user behavior. With solutions protecting more than half of the Fortune 50, Spur has achieved nearly $15 million in annual recurring revenue—all without outside investment. Before launching Spur, Ethan worked at the Department of Defense, focusing on computer network operations and cyber capability development.
